Global GPYC Leaders Gathered in Ulaanbaatar,Mongolia
      Youth Leaders from Asia, Africa, Latin America, and United States of America gathered in Ulaanbaatar, capital city of Mongolia. The leaders discussed the current world issues and its solution. The program was organized by GPYC-International on 20th to 24th of May, 2011 at hotel flower in Ulaanbaatar. The opening session was addressed by GPYC International President Mr.  Kyung Myung Yoo. He mentioned that the world is full of opportunity and hope, only, if young individual of each nation can take ownership in the vision of “One Family under God”. He said, “as a young man, I have the feeling that if all youth can be educated by universal value and principle with one common aspiration, then, they would have the feeling of responsibility to live for the sake of fellow friends from thereon can start a peaceful world”. GPYC-Nepal Volunteers served Rastra Kabi
A group of young volunteers visited a home on 17th May, 2011 to be able to do some service activity to the family. In coincidence, it was the house of Mr. Madhav Prasad Ghimire, a national Poet (Rastra Kabi) of Nepal. The group cleaned the garden and the whole compound. After they had finished, the family served them snacks.They had a nice time talking together and developed a feeling of being a one family. Unexpectedly, Mr. Ghimire came and appreciated the selfless service of the volunteers .He also encouraged them to establish this nature of culture among other youths.The group was led by Ms. Reeyashu Pandey.  
3-Day seminar was a huge success, with a record 123 students!
GPYC-Nepal organized its regular seminar workshop for youth leaders on 16th to 18th May 2011 at Nepal Scout Hall Lainchour. The workshop was convened to inspire the youth through different presentations and lectures by prominent presenters from Tribhuvan University and United Nation Volunteer Department. A total of 123 participants were raised as a new generation of young leaders to serve as peer educators and a role model to reduce anti-social behaviors and to be involved in community service. At the closing session, Chief Guest Mr. Bhaskar Raj Karnikar, Senior Vice-President of FNCCI stressed the importance of discipline in leadership .Dr. Kishor Kumar Rajbhandari, President of GPA mentioned about the means and ways to help reduce waste and save the Holy River of Bagmati as a clean and lively flowing river. 2 Day Leadership Seminar in Surkhet Campus, Surkhet
A 2-Day Leadership seminar was organized by GPYC-Nepal at Surkhet Campus, Surkhet on 16th and 17th of April 2011.A total of twenty five participants attended the seminar and agreed on the presenter’s emphasis on the decline of moral leadership in Nepal. Mr. Deepak Raj Ghimire, main lecturer, told that improvement or declination of any institution or nation depends upon its leader. In conclusion, these youths began to reflect and determined to strive best to change for a better nation.
Principal of Mahendra Baudha H.S.S. encourage Students to join in Peace Movement
Mahendra Baudha Higher Secondary School’s Principal Mr. Hari Bhakta Shrestha encouraged the pupils to join in peace movement.”GPYC-Nepal is doing great job and we will hearty support for peace and character education in any upcoming program”,said Mr. Shrestha . He added that peace prevails in one’s nation and that the involvements of youth are, in fact, a significant factor for its success. During the program, participants of Global Peace Festival South Asia 2010 received the certificates .The program was organized by Mr. Manish Dulal.

Web Design Course

Hence learning to code is one of the smartest moves one can make in the present world (no matter what is the age). There is no such requirement to be a software engineer or a person who have degree in computer science to understand programming language. Anybody can code whether he/she is a student, accountant, doctor, actor or any other person. Nepcodemy in association with GPYC Nepal is organizing free web design course every Saturday starting from 26th November 2016 (११ मङ्सिर २०७३), 11:00am – 2:00pm at Hattigauda, Kathmandu, Nepal. At the end of the course one will understand HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap, Wordpress and will create own website. The main purpose of course is to encourage the youth to design the website of their own and make them stand in the frontier of new digital world. Quoting Steve Jobs ”Everybody in this country should learn to program a computer because it teaches you how to think”, we invite you to be part of our program for collaborative learning of programming skill.
